This is determined by comparing how much you enjoy the thing involved in the rule with how much effort you think is required in order to adhere to the rule.

Basically, a function of comparing your heart’s alignment with the difficulty of the rule for you.

  • Challenging: Represents rules that you like to do, and which require a considerable amount of energy on your part. Domain of the Crane.
  • Easy Breezy: Represents rules that you like to do and which are fairly easy to do. Domain of the Fox.
  • Boring: Represents rules that are easy to do, but that you don’t really like to do. Domain of the Polar Bear.
  • Flight risk: Represents rules that are difficult and which you don’t like to do. Domain of the Lizard.
