Did ALL the walking. With, again, about 10kg of groceries. Also had all the beer. Oops. Unfortunately, bed by 11ish… which is better than midnight, but nowhere NEAR to my goal of 8 hours sleep.

Checked the veggies I’d treated for aphids. There are still some there, but the situation is better. Fed everything with fish emulsion. (the dogs LOVE how I smell afterwards).

Watched some baseball, read some Game of Kings, took a nap. Had sausages, salad, tomatoes and corn for supper -twas delish. Now an evening of knitting on the boot socks while watching some Ice Road Truckers…

Starting tomorrow (August 1st), I have to start hitting the gym 5 times a week. It’s gonna be fun times…

Now to fine tune the rules for next month…
