Got up at stupid o-clock to have breakfast and a cup of tea so I could then drive 1.5 hours to get to Mt Macedon in time for trail run, ‘ran’ (walked up and down the steep bits) 12.something km in 1.5 hours, stuck around for presentations, and then drove 1.5 hours home. Had lunch with kidling (who was suffering from a serious case of not enough mum time in the morning), then when he went down for an afternoon nap, so did I (: And then if that wasn’t enough fun for the day, we got kidling ready for a sleepover with his Aunty so we could go out and see DJ SHadow and come back for a big sleep-in.

Today was my “cheat” day. Had a hoagie and some ice cream. Oh well, tomorrow is a new month and time to get my ass in gear! ____heymadeline had a couple thoughts.
I was just looking at my rules for August.. and yikes! It’s gonna take a lot to stick to them all but it’s definitely worth it and this website truly motivates me. Definitely want to lose about 10 lbs by the time the month is over!

Wow. I actually managed all three rules on our last day of road-tripping. Read up a bunch on music, setup some appointments, we all went hiking in beautiful Colorado, AND I went to sleep before 12pm.

This was a lazy day for us as far as physical activity went. Locked in our camp site, went food shopping, and sat around burning stuff / BBQing. I did manage to get a lot of work done though, considering I was working off my phone. Went to sleep on time too.  darca had a couple thoughts.
I meant to go to the farmer’s market today. (sigh).. well that means I find the one on Tuesday and stock up. Berries, tomatoes, squash, peaches… I need them.

I was pretty stressed out about some drama going on. I did go to the gym and weigh in and found out that I lost .2 pounds this week when I expected to gain!
