I’ve been really sick the last three weeks. So sick I’ve spent most of my time in bed, and I’ve had no energy to exercise or keep up my other Health Month goals. I’m starting to recover, but recovery is happening quite slowly.

Friday! Made it through another week. Spoke with my biology professor about the bio lab and I think we have everything worked out. Went to PT today to find out that I have benign positional vertigo. (Um, duh.) But he did some work and some tissue release and says that he thinks I’m at the end of this spell. I’ll go in next week and see how things are doing. He also sent me home with the exercise that should help when the next spell occurs.
We’re staying up late to do laundry, since we took a nap after dinner so we’d be well rested to do our writing assignments that were due at midnight.
