Finished up the month on a good note. Overall, did really well flossing, only missed one day all month, which is great, cause I had almost stopped flossing completely before. Did OK on weight training, missed a couple days there, but mostly just the time we went out of town and then at the end when I hurt my elbow and couldnt lift. Sleep started off good but then had a bad week in the middle and kind of fizzled out near the end. It’s been an improvement from where I was before, but not where I should be just yet. That’s what February will be for!! :)

Busy day at work, and feel a cold or something sinus related coming on. Felt absolutely TERRIBLE by the end of the night so I went to bed.

Twas a low day in a long time, but certainly not a surprise, I had low energy nearly all day long(except at Curves, where I managed to go and do it all) at Hebrew class where I slept, at the webinars where I didn’t enjoy much the motivation and excitement, and all the rest of the afternoon fighting (and finally giving in) craves. Went to bed early, that’s all I could do. lynne needs fruit, badly.
I lost 2 life points because of the following things…
Giving myself all my own fruit, for what it’s worth. Please don’t worry about giving me yours. I might as well end the month with a full stomach. ;)

I worked out. I flossed. I ate veggies. And I even made one of my favorite salads last night – ate some for dinner, and packed more for lunch today:

I am absolutely in love with the dressing. The main flavors are ginger, cilantro and peanut butter – and depending on how thick or liquid you make it, it’s more like dressing or more like a dip. I could eat a whole bowl of it every day. Hey, I bet even bacon dipped in it would be extra super delicious!

I’m really happy to have participated in this for the first time. It was a good month, and though I did better with some aspects than others, it definitely provided the kind of accountability I need. February rules have been tweaked a bit, so I’m a little apprehensive, but hey, it’s only 29 days! :-)
Great last day of the month! Can’t wait to start with my three new rules, plus the old ones!
Out to pshrink & groceries, then baked a pie in the evening. Pretty good day.
Nothing like ending the month with a giant pile of fail!
Drank a lot at the dining hall, failed at eating.
Ended January on a pretty solid note. I lost hardly any life points last month. This month will likely not be so easy going. My “wake up on time” rule is going to destroy me, I suspect, at least for the first couple of weeks.
