Had a great weekend in Canada but the last two days have been “fruitless” and stepping on the scale tomorrow is going to be sobering.. All in all though, I am please with progress I made in Jan.. Ready for FEB!! Lyndigo42 checked in with the Lizard.
I feel that this kind of well-being is much more important than weight or body fat measurements for me this month. I am hoping that with the amount of exercise I want to do and the writing goals I have made for myself that I will help to determine how my mental state is.

Out of work form my hip surgery and money issues are stressfull. healthyrach had a couple thoughts.
Apparently if you’ve checked in every day this month and have more than 0 points, you still won’t be getting a badge unless you’re also on Foursquare. Boo! And I wasn’t chosen to be an official blogger for Feb or notified of that fact. Whine, whine. Still waiting to hear from Mr. Buster about transfer of team leadership… We’ll see!

I ate a couple of Carly’s cookies and a bread basket cupcake with Kristin today, so I’m not surprised I feel rather sluggish.
Unexpected good weather, mild temperatures. Great day for working out in the yard.
Okay day. Went out to do a few errands. Tired me out. Have bad headache. Combination is making me a very overwhelmed easily with things. Looking forward to starting tomorrow on the new rules.

Finished off the month only losing two health points. I’m good with that. I tried this whole thing thinking it might just be another gimmick that wouldn’t last, but it’s oddly addictive. And more to the point, I find it helpful in tracking my behaviour, so that I can’t lie to myself about what I’ve been doing. That’s good, I need that. So, onward into February!
