When you take into consideration your weight, energy, happiness, and anything else your rules covered, do you feel like you made progress towards being healthier this month? |
Yes, I made progress! |
What worked for you? |
It was a chaotic month, with the holidays and everything. I don’t think it worked particularly well, but it did motivate me to come up with a better plan for January, which I’m now excited about. |
Do you plan on playing again? |
Yes, I want to play again next month! |
What's one way you think you can play smarter next month? |
Take the rules more seriously. Be more conscious of the fact that I do want to become healthier, and make the many small decisions every day to help with that direction. |
Did you cheat at all this month? |
Okay, yeah... maybe a little.
I fell behind and in my attempt at catching up on 7 days or so, I think I probably misreported a few things. I need to figure out a better way to handle that situation, as it was clearly annoying to have to go through 7 days of reports when I didn’t really remember what had happened.

Would you recommend Health Month to your friends? |
Yes, I would recommend Health Month to friends! |
I would like to offer you $227,458 SD for playing the month all the way to the end. Do you want to keep it or keep the game purely intrinsic? |
I'll take it, thank you very much! |
