Being accountable in general really helped. Also, I set an alarm to remind myself to take my vitamins which was also really helpful. I liked being able to check in with other teammates and give each other feedback and support!

I am going to make my goals more attainable in terms of my artmaking. I am also going to make my whole wheat goals more specific and my do not goals more specific. I found I was able to adhere to a goal or two here and there without really being as healthy as I would like to be. I also found I expected WAY too much of myself in terms of how much exercise and artwork I could get done in the course of a day. I will make it a “this many hours per week” goal instead of “this much time per day” goal for next month.
