I’m surprised at how accountability to the community, my team and friends really helped me stay motivated…Well, duh, but I tend to be kind of apathetic about ‘group’ stuff, but it really works.

Okay, yeah... maybe a little.

With eating…is a nibble a full on snack…so much of my nibbling is unconscious, (sort of), that I hated to assign a full-on ‘snack’ to just a bite…then I’d get really into my head…and sort of blank it out
