When you take into consideration your weight, energy, happiness, and anything else your rules covered, do you feel like you made progress towards being healthier this month?

Fox.30
:)

Yes, I made progress!

What worked for you?

Fox.30
:)

Even though it wasn’t one of my Health Month rules, March was the first month I made an effort to track my meals and count calories. I think that’s been the single biggest change that affected my weight, and in fact have added it as a rule for April’s game

Do you plan on playing again?

Fox.30
:)

Yes, I want to play again next month!

What's one way you think you can play smarter next month?

Fox.30
:)

Plan out all my exercise activities at the start of each week, so that I’m not trying to cram them all in over the weekend and wearing myself out

Did you cheat at all this month?

Fox.30
:)

Okay, yeah... maybe a little.

I accidentally set up my “go to bed” rule for 11:00 instead of 11:30 as I’d intended. I therefore played the rule as if it were 11:30 and answered accordingly

Who do you want to thank?

Fox.30
:)

PellyMelly is always a positive influence here at Health Month, and I look forward to seeing her comments on the game wall

Would you recommend Health Month to your friends?

Fox.30
:)

Yes, I would recommend Health Month to friends!

I would like to offer you $328,323 SD for playing the month all the way to the end. Do you want to keep it or keep the game purely intrinsic?

Fox.30
:)

I'll take it, thank you very much!
