I felt more free to vent about some emotional and mental health/relationship stuff, and was suprised to find some great encouragement and support for that. I don’t want to overdo it or make people uncomfortable with my disclosures, but it was nice to know that people themselves are struggling with the same stuff, and like to hear about it. :-) |

I streamlined the way I worded my mental health rules. It was good before but it feels easier and makes more sense as a whole now. |

Okay, yeah... maybe a little.
I am quite and honest person, and I think that I use the game to feel successfula dn good about myself, and also accountable. I think I sometimes give myself a “pass” on rules like the exact number of glasses of water, especially if I can’t remember. But I never fudge andswers on “ecercise 60 minutes 6 days a week”, because I need the game to hold me accountable for that, and I would feel bad claiming credit for that, because it is real work. I have some months where I get very meticulous and never fudge any answer even if I am sick…I guess I like to give myself a little free pass though.
