Big ups to Gertie for the encouragement on my wall. I stayed home from work today because I have a bit of a head cold, but somehow found the gumption to do a short workout (no extreme cardio — just some leg and arm workout) to achieve my goal. Doctors on the internet say it’s okay! Fingers crossed I feel better tomorrow.
