This was my cheat day, but I forgot to take my supplements and vitamins. Lost some serious life points as a result. And ate at Mama’s. Felt sick after. What’s up with that?

I have had a big problem with this lately. My body lets me know BIG TIME when the food I ate a few hours prior is not the healthy stuff it’s used to getting. Bummer, I know :-(
