busy day! my 2 exercise rules are going to be the death of me the rest of the week, esp on busy days like today.
WOOORD exercise rules are the worst.
Also all of my rules (I only now realize) are what my eventual goal should be, not necessarily what I can achieve starting from mostly zero.
Yeah, I am not doing so great at exercise rule, and trying to figure out when/where it will fit in … hmmm.
