I’ve been more bloaty since giving up nursing and now drinking alcohol. Looking forward to the effect of drinking less from health month.
No more being pump-o-rexic? (On days when I overate, I would sometimes pump more milk to compensate.)
Now there’s an interesting concept! My, how things have changed in the 30 years since I’ve had babies.
