Sundays are just delicious. Another lazy day (an unspeakable number of steps), but otherwise I did my HM tasks. After receiving some expert advice, I crafted not one but TWO delicious foods: a carrot/red cabbage cole slaw (the vinegar kind, not the mayo kind), and salmon marinated in orange and soy. Oh man, do I love food!
Outside of that I was feeling pretty broke, so enjoyed reading my new book (“Carter Beats the Devil”), playing guitar, etc. Did not work. Will return to work today, after writing 750 words… I’m excited for April… and a little bit nervous… I’ve set myself some pretty lofty goals to achieve before I come home in May, so I’d better get to work!
Good to take a break and then have energy for the work. Saying this to you as much as for me :)
