Stressed because I can’t find the paperwork I need to write the report for the new student I’m starting with tomorrow. Meant to pack it with my laptop, and didn’t. Cannot figure out where I put it instead!
Oh, I get stressed out over things like that, too.
Sometimes I ask my husband to help me find something, and either he finds it, or in the process of talking/walking through the problem-solving, the object gets found.

I did! It was on the shelf next to my work desk, with something sitting on top of it. Took me about half an hour total of looking to uncover it. I’ve written the report now.
Ah! Doesn’t that feel great?
Half an hour ain’t bad, either.
