Welcome to the beginning of the month! Today is the day that you start following the rules you chose for yourself. Tomorrow is the first day that you report back on how you did.

A few things you should do:

• Check your account to make sure you have the right time zone.
• Choose a good hour to get your daily reminder. I think I accidentally made the default 1am… 10am might be a better default.
• If you’re in an advanced time zone and are already in the 2nd day of August, double check your report to make sure you got credit for all the rules you were supposed to. I’ll be keeping an eye out too.
