Public review of the day

Argh. Today had some wonderful moments - especially the Palm Sunday service, which is one of my favorite services of the church calendar - but I was also totally exhausted/slightly nauseous all day and also ate poorly and failed to make it to the gym. Blah.

Just have to trust that tomorrow will be a better day! I think I'll turn in early and try to get as much sleep as possible tonight.

Extreme, Moderate, & Kaizen

Use this chart to figure out if you happen to be better following your Extreme, Moderate, or Kaizen rules. Note that some rules can belong to more than one category. Kaizen rules are rules that just happen to have low difficulty ratings by you, regardless of whether they are extreme rules or moderation rules.
