Boo for losing a life point because I didn't meet my mileage for running this week. Other than that, I think I did pretty well yesterday! I did give myself a little bit of a pass on going to bed on time, because I was technically on a conference call until around 10:15, so while I didn't go to bed at 10 exactly, I did go to bed as soon as the call was over. In this case I'll say close enough, it's the intention that counts!
