Public review of the dayGot in a good cardio workout at the gym today, since there is no bootcamp on Thursdays. It was AMAZING how much easier it was than the last time I went! I played the same songs on my ipod for pacing, did the same resistance/crossramp intervals, but my heart rate was 10 bpm lower! When I focused on proper breathing (ie getting more air deeper into my lungs), my heart rate dropped another 5 bpm! Crazy results, and encouraging too :) |
