Public review of the dayGot musclepain from the tuesday training. I broke my over 60 day streak of not losing life points because i didn't run 1 km on the extra day of february. Because it is only a one day week and i do not run two days in a row and had to work i lost a lifepoint. Pretty strange ending of the week. I had to go to Belgium for work and didn't do much other things. I thank you all for the support in February. I do only change my rules for march a littlebit. The coffee limit is starting to become a habit and drinking water too. In April i will add more kilometers for running. I unpacked my yoga books last week so i can start learning new asana's. |

Extreme, Moderate, & KaizenUse this chart to figure out if you happen to be better following your Extreme, Moderate, or Kaizen rules. Note that some rules can belong to more than one category. Kaizen rules are rules that just happen to have low difficulty ratings by you, regardless of whether they are extreme rules or moderation rules. |
