Public review of the day

Whew! A bit of a strenuous day. At work for a couple of meetings, and then off to the gym for my weekly personal training session. Maybe I was just tired, but it felt like my trainer worked me really hard. Then off to a celebratory lunch with coworkers to celebrate our making a project milestone. Then back for more meetings and more work.

Went grocery shopping, had a quick dinner, and then did some prep for the dinner I'm making tonight. (We're having some friends over - I wanted to have most of the stuff preprepped so that I won't have to stress about getting it done tonight.) Then I did a bit more work, and fell into bed and slept the sleep of the exhausted.

And that was February. Wow. March can be a bit more...chilled out. That would be fine.
