Public review of the day

A very satisfying day. I got ambitious and rode about 13 miles before work. WOrked on a project where I make glass photo magnets out of people's fb pictures as gifts for them. Worked, then rode back downtown and sat at the starbucks patio and read for several hours. I am extremely pleased and almost amazed to be making a great deal of sense out of my new bipolar skills workbook. It means the world to me to be genuinely learning important things that make real sense to me on a deep level. I feel extremely lucky to be branching out from the frustration of the past, it feels great. ANyhow, I did some word processing then rode over to the Laughing Planet Cafe for sasquatch salad with RObin. She is a golden friend to me. I would love to meet more friends who like to talk about therapy goals and persoanl growth.
I rode home another 9 miles, for a total of 25.5 miles, so fun! I arrived home just before nightfall.

Have a great weekend, healthMonth Pals!!!
