I decided to create the sense of completion, of satisfaction, of being enough and not needing to do anything to be more.

I was angry that morning. Upsetting news about strike…the news changed. I guess that day I found the way to let go of the anger.

SarahM…I’m listening to Made to Stick (take 3). I was surprised to discover that Made to Stick was created to honour and follow suite to Tipping point by Malcolm Gladwell, a personal favorite of mine.😁

On other news today I had my fill creating ease yesterday and it lead me to creating courage today. Courage to face what lies behind the superficial.
I take it as a sign that my The Work habit has grown. I no longer work on superficial thoughts anymore. No need. I no longer have a grumbling waking up session that gave me material for that. Now what pops up are thoughts that I have believed true for a while (maybe up to 4-5 years?).

I am agreeably flabbergasted by that change. Welcome to a long term residence into Habitland💗

Woke up reeeeaally early this morning (4 am).
Today I want to create Ease. Ease for my mind for example by noticing the pauses in my thoughts, the silences.

Ease for Easter . . . sounds nice.
How did it go?

Hi Jennifer! Hi Mary Ann!
Creating ease went amazingly well actually! For example, I had the alarm go off at work but this time around I wasn’t panicked at all and managed to resolve the problem on my own. It is also a memory I am fond of rather than worried about.

Oh! My drinking water habit is back as well! I found an elegant alternative to drinking alkaline water while reading on low carb diet. That diet seems so fun. At the very least it simplifies grocery shopping for me! Fiou!😪

Well, Kareen, this must be the first time I’ve ever heard anybody call a low-carb diet, “fun”! :-)
But I’m glad that you find it fun.
That’s much better than finding it miserable. ;-)

Today I want to simply carry on with the “magic”.

This is our 2nd week on strike.
At first, I was upset. Missing parts of two drawing courses that you feel you need…before going on a student exchange journey might do that to you.
However, since embarking in the self help journey 5 years ago I felt was alone. Not sure if other people noticed this injustice or that murky way of doing things. Slowly I realized I wasn’t alone.

I am most grateful now that students from Quebec have the support of students from other countries like Belgium and China. We also have the support of our teachers’ association. I don’t know how we got the support but I want to help.

By the way, the raise wouldn’t make us starve. I think. I simply am tired to stay quiet and work it out alone.
I am not alone.

I read about the strike when you mentioned it but did not know you were there.
For some reason I thought you lived in England.

Reading my answer to the daily question “what do I want to create ?”…I laughed. I had COMPLETELY forgotten it. Yet this is exactly what happened. I had said that I wanted to create simplicity, “magic”, being one with events, with reality.
Then that evening I got a call from a dear friend. I had been thinking about her often since the strike because I felt I needed to call her. I surprised her by agreeing to go out for dancing.
We had tons of fun.
