affiknitty has a question.
Hi Team Crafty! I was looking around the site the other day, and I landed on a page that analyzed all my March rules and explained how the points would work for each. Now I can’t find it again! When I go to “review your rules” it just says I’m all set for March. Hmm. Does anyone know how to see this page?
affiknitty, in the Orange Bracket, played Friday February, 25th for 145 points, following 88% of her 9 rules.
She
lost 1 life point for missing the following: stay within my calorie limit at least 6 days a week.
Her public review of the day was…
Snow day! Totally fell off the wagon of staying under my calorie limit by making cookies and having seconds at dinner. But it was a good day.
affiknitty, in the Orange Bracket, played Wednesday February, 23rd for 205 points, following 100% of her 9 rules.
She
didn't lose any life points and therefore got 1 piece of fruit for the hard work.
Her public review of the day was…
Pizza night with the boys blew my calorie limit. Bleh.
affiknitty, in the Orange Bracket, played Friday February, 18th for 144 points, following 100% of her 9 rules.
She
didn't lose any life points and therefore got 1 piece of fruit for the hard work.
Her public review of the day was…
Sunshine, a little walk at lunch, wore a dress that hasn’t fit for months, new Radiohead CD – yay! :) affiknitty needs fruit, barely.
I lost 1 life point because of the following things…
Putting this up so I can use some of my own fruit!
|
| 8 Energy: | 1 ↑ | I feel really strong and energized |
| 9 Calm: | 1 ↑ | I could give a monk a run for his tranquility |
| 9 Mood: | 2 ↑ | I could hug a dead rat and bring it back to life |
So pleased with my progress from last month and super excited for this month’s game.

I heard this statistic on NPR around January 21st: half of the people who made New Year’s resolutions had already given up on them. Your comment here is much more motivating for me. Reading that you are pleased with your progress in January and that you’re excited to keep up your resolutions is much more encouraging. |

- Didn't exercise
I wish there were a way to use your own fruit without making a plea! I have tons if anyone needs it! With respect to breaking the exercise rule, I think I need to rethink my rule! I’d like to create a habit of getting more exercise, and finding an extra 30 minutes in the day when I’m not exhausted is hard. Tips appreciated from those of you with regular exercise plans!
I know you said you had tons…but here’s some to help anyway! :-)

Do it first thing in the morning. You are less likely to make excuses if you get up early to do it. |

The other thing I tell myself is that if I’m already exhausted, exercise surely could not make me MORE exhausted! :) Plus, I almost always feel LESS exhausted after I exercise. |

I agree with Betsy’s advice. As my husband likes to say “get going while you’re too stupid to know what you’re doing.” :) Good luck forming a habit! |

Thanks everyone for the fruit and tips! I think exercising first thing in the morning is a good idea. |

I’ve got the blues lately, for no good reason. Just melancholy.
Ugh, terrible job today drinking enough water and eating decent food. I need some veggies.

Heal her with 2 fruit
Oh! I don’t know! Good question; I would love to see that!
