asgruben needs fruit, badly.

Hi! Need a little bit of fruit. I shouldn’t have signed up for so much stretching and exercise with my rules because at the beginning of May, I already knew that my spine wasn’t behaving properly. Whether it was optimism or denial, I had completely convinced myself that my back would auto-correct…so here I am with -25. I do NOT expect to be totally healed by fruit, but a little would be nice.

Not sure how much this fruit will help…but at least you’re moving in the right direction now with Life Points!!

For someone who is injured—not bad. All of the updates I’ve been doing about the injury that has prevented me from stretching or exercising as much as I had committed to do might end soon because I’m having an outpatient procedure on my back in the morning. The hope is that it will allow me to get back to the things I love doing. I have been going stir-crazy.

The back injury I’ve been writing about here—I was in the hospital last week for it for an outpatient procedure and I go back in for a second one next week. It’s been hard to keep up.

Need to exercise. Dad had a heart attack, so now I’m flying back and forth to Texas to take care of TWO parents, a Mom with cancer, and a Dad with heart disease, but it doesn’t mean I can’t keep up these rules. I meditated on the plane! I found a focal point and did a good 15 minute meditation with turbulence and wrote 1000 words, when I’m only supposed to write 750. Exercise may be challenging, but even a 30 minute walk is good. I’m feeling positive.

that’s a lot to go through. My sympathies. Good for you for taking care of yourself while taking care of everyone else.
