this weekend was great! the diet is going well and i’m getting a handle on work worries and things are overall looking up!

i’m excited about the new diet and getting back into boxing! it’s putting me in a good mood! weird though, none of it has anything to do with my rules this month.
ingopixel had a couple thoughts.
Today I’m starting the four hour body slow carb diet. The weekend was one giant carb binge and I’m totally feeling it. Oof. Also, this morning’s protein-heavy breakfast was really a lot. The adjustment will be tough but I’m excited to shed the pounds I’ve packed on in the past couple months. I also went back to Cappy’s for the first time in a long time on Saturday. I’ve missed this sore feeling. It’s a good reminder that I need to take care of myself. ingopixel checked in with the Crane.
last night i got thrown into a production management position at NFTN and ended up running the show with ZERO experience or idea what i was doing. it was exhausting, frustrating, stressful and super duper rewarding. i really really need that nap.

ingopixel had a couple thoughts.
I think I’m going to start doing a 4 hour body slow carb style thing. I really like the idea of having a cheat day to curtail cravings and to keep from killing myself. I also feel like the rules are really reasonable and basically have roots in common sense, which I could really use. Portion control, more legumes and less white carbs. I think that’s completely doable.
