Но чем провинились фрукты? Они же полезные и вкусные!
Они с сахаром :) Вон Корвалол же ставил бесчеловечный эксперимент на себе и доказал на практике, что вес не падает, если продолжать есть фрукты)
Они с природным сахаром, не добавленным же!
А это неважно, сахар он и есть сахар. Сахар + углеводы = жирок :)
Не может быть, чтобы от фруктов жирок. Иначе я бы давно расплылась, потому что только фруктами и питаюсь!
Если есть умеренно фруктов, то это еще ничего :) Избыток фруктозы кроме всего прочего блокирует чувство насыщения, что может вызвать переедание. И еще «Когда фруктоза попадает в печень, она образует глицерол, который является основой триглицеридов, и увеличивает образование жиров». Мое мнение такое, что если ИЗОЛИРОВАННО есть не очень много фруктов с перерывов в несколько часов между другой едой, то всё будет нормально. А себе такое правило, потому что я не смогу остановиться, если начну их есть :) Поэтому проще не есть совсем, только раз в неделю.
И еще одну вещь я заметил лично для себя. Если на неделе нормально питаюсь — есть не хочется часов по 6-8, а если съесть после еды например яблочко, то уже голодный часа через два — хотя еда та же. А вот одно время питался парой яблок на работе вместо обеда (без всего, отдельно), есть не хотелось. Что подтверждает, что если отдельно, то не так всё печально.
