It fluctuates so much throughout a day. This morning I got up and weighed myself with just yoga pants on. I was up three pounds. Later, after coffee and water, then peeing and, um, the other thing, those three pounds were gone…oh, and I had on yoga pants, tshirt, and fuzzy socks. Whatevs!

I didn’t actually weight train. However, I did hang upside down on my inversion table, and I did bounce, so I’m taking points for that. Feel like I’m coming out of a funk today, yay! Maybe that’ll just be the way of it, off meds? Black moods that I can emerge from on my own, if I’m only a little gentle & patient with myself?

I didn’t cook dinner yesterday, but I did cook breakfast and lunch, so I’m going to give myself a point there. The rest is a genuine struggle. The heat makes it so much more difficult.

Indeed, last week when it got rather warm here, Mom and I about perished after exercising. Not sure how we will do when we get actual warm weather! So I sympathize. And I agree, cooking brekkie and lunch definitely count!
