I lost 2 life points because of the following things…
  • Had some dairy
  • Avoided it

I ate grains too many times this week( and dairy too)! I’m not sure I’m able to eat grains just a few times a week. I may be an all or nothing person with this.

I did pretty well last month with the “paleo” diet. I really like that way of eating, I feel pretty good with just meat/veggies/fruits. This month I’m introducing some grains, goat dairy, and legumes back slowly and only on an occasional basis.
Work has been very demanding and stressful and there’s been so much to do socially and domestically! I feel overwhelmed and pressured but doing pretty well considering. I feel like a real vacation is imminent though I don’t yet know the how/where/when!

I’ve heard good things about the paleo diet. My whole life is around carbs/dairy though, sighhh… that’s what I love! Best of luck to you. You sound like you are making good inroads!

  • Did the custom thing
  • Had some dairy
  • Drank 1.0 alcoholic drink

went to work picnic and then sisterfest… indulged in a few things that I am trying to avoid!

Starting to do better with my diet rules, eating paleo… but still needing to exercise and meditate more. I’ll be making up for that at a day-long meditation retreat tomorrow.

Ate half a croissant saved from lunch yesterday. I don’t really think it’s fair that if I eat half of something one day and half the next, I get docked if I’m allowed it only once a week… I could have eaten the whole thing at once, would that be healthier?
