I am slowly getting back on track after the holidays in Rome and Easter celebrations. I have to bear with myself for not meditating as much as I planned to. Anyway – off to a new start!

I lost 300 grams; and as this might not seem much – this is actually amazing. You see, we’ve been in Rome the last two weeks. And as you might know, italian food is (the best in the world) delicious. But it is also full of fat, cream and carbs. We had pranza, the traditional 3-course-lunch every day – though I never made it to the third course anyway – let me put it like this: we had absolutely delicious food every single day. But: we walked everywhere when we were there. So 7 – 10 hours per day of walking apparently keeps you from gaining weight. Who would have thought ;-)

I’ll be spending the first two weeks of April in Italy. I plan to not use any kind of computer there, so playing Health Month will be difficult.
I therefore chose 3 rules only, to play a free game but still keep in touch with it. I don’t want to give it up but I am not sure if Health Month lets me play 14 turns at once? We’ll see about that.

You’ll have to play them one turn at a time, but yes it will let you catch up. You don’t get the “10 points for being timely” thing, otherwise just the same. Enjoy Italy!

I actually called it a day at 4 p.m. which is kind of miracolous, because I don’t remember the last time I left work so early! I put the afternoon to good use, going for a walk in the sun and spending some time with my sisters.

I was too tired to floss. Lame, I know. But it’s true.
A very good meditation before, energising our chakras. I enjoyed that. I’ve done it before but I actually FELT something for the first time!
