Our team mission is…We are a group of people from all over the world who value improving our health through personal responsibility, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are supportive, friendly, and generous with fruit. Most of all, keep in mind that the rules are meant to help us improve our lives, not to add stress to them. Requirements to be on this team…The only rule we have is to treat each other with respect and compassion. It helps to have a good sense of humor.
